Expand your life and find true love

Hi all,
We often have a limited view of ourselves. So get a bigger view, but how? Try new things, drive home using a different route, go to a different type of movie, go to a new restaurants, try new things.
It’s really that simple. Now, for the hard part. Think about what you liked about what you did differently. Do not focus on what you did not like. Now, you have discovered something new that you liked or re-enforced something you already knew that you liked.
Keep trying new things as you explore life in a positive way.

Today I spoke up as part of an audience, speaking more forthrightly than I usually do. You’re right, I did not like how much my heart was pounding, nor how silent it felt after I spoke up. But, at the same time, I feel proud of myself for expressing my views. It’s okay and I did it!
