Holding Hands Reduces Stress
By Coach Colleen | August 18, 2008
Hi,
Holding hands reduces stress - A University of Virginia study found stress in women was measurably reduced by holding the hands of their partners. The results were so dramatic that they could be seen in brain wave scans.
There are lots of studies out there about how being in a true love relationship improves our health.
The most important thing I know is that being in a true love relationship makes you happy.
If you know any, I would love you to share them with me.
