Feel better - Bounce your way to happiness!

Hi all,
Have you ever felt that the Universe is conspiring against you? Well, I have. And, when I’m in that state of mind, the Universe really plays the trickster.
Well, I know that the Universe is not cruel, it’s just responding to my emotional, mental, vibrational field. This is sometimes hard to swallow. And, it’s often even harder to feel differently. You might want to want to feel different, but not have the energy to think about feeling better.
Well, don’t think - bounce. Here is a quick energy boosting exercise that I just learned from a pranic healer - bounce for up to 200 times. Here’s what I mean. Stand with your feet slightly apart, put your weight on the balls of your feet, unlock your knees, and gently bounce - slightly bend your knees. You do not have to jump vigorously. You can keep your entire foot on the floor. Just bounce for a moment.
Starting at 200 is tough, so work up to it. You will feel better without thinking about feeling better. Don’t be a grump, give it a try. It you don’t smile at least once, take your pulse to make sure you are still alive.

I started bouncing, actually on a Rebounder trampoline, and I am feeling better every day and laughing a lot while I do it. This is one of those things you don’t have to feel like doing when you start, just stand there and bounce a little. The rest takes care of itself.
