Little devil with a new look

Hey there,
Sometimes the title Little Devil takes on a whole new meaning.
We can all be little devils at times. Sometimes, those moments haunt us for years.
Is there something you want to heal, to forgive yourself for?
Try this… write whatever it is on a piece of paper. Then write “I forgive myself” on that same piece of paper. Take it outside and put it in the trash or burn it as a symbol of your letting it go.
